There was no "pressure sales" approach at all. James explained what I was up against, what was critical and what was not. He made the fixes efficiently and I feel confident that my furnace and water heater are in top shape at a reasonable price.

I had the pleasure of Joe performing my annual service call to keep my furnace running smoothly. Joe is not only knowledgeable, but is also extremely personable, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions I have. Thanks to his advice, I even joined the comfort club, because he thoughtfully explained the benefits that I would get from the service! In regards to Air Tech as a whole... I called for the appointment and Joe was at my house the next morning. You can't ask for better, more prompt service.
